Basic Theme Venue.
Conserving the floor and the walls of the current bar, walls are decorated by providing bronze lamps, parchment and wood furniture with turned legs, stools, paintings, advertisements and wood shelves on the extrados of the counter.
For this kind of premises we can develop the following subject matters:
A cosy bar of your town or province of the beginning of the XX century, Irish Pub, Sport Tavern, Craft Brewery, any kind of subject matter suggested by the customer.
The furniture of this kind of bar is made up of square or round tables, chairs, high stools for the counter area and high furniture.
The lighting is bronze and parchment and it has some advertising labelling or printing or the name of the establishment.
The price of this decoration for your premises will be between 395-€/m2 and 506.-€/m2, according to the size of the premises, the areas to be decorated, which will be, the area for the public and the counter area only(plus VAT, transport and decoration).

Special subject matter.
Here we manufacture and develop our best decoration, where all the walls are covered with wood, from the floor to the ceiling, with painted, varnished and distressed boards in the shade that we determine for every kind of bar. There are wood-engraved pieces, floor tiles advertisements, decoration objects, furniture behind the counter to the ceiling of the premises where we place special pieces according to the type of bar, like for example, a racing car, a big bosley, a sledge, big canoes for a Sports Bar, an airplane, a 8-metre high Buddha, or other elements for different premises, as well as artistic labellings.
The furniture of this kind of bar is usually English carriages-type benches, with or without attics, filled lamps, benches, high and low stools, different kinds of tables with engraving and personalization of the premises.
The lighting is also bronze and glass and there is wood engraved in the front of the counter.
These bars, because of the great complexity of their manufacture, are usually sales leaders in their area, and it is almost impossible to supplant them for any other kind of hotel and catering trade or for the traditional industry.
The price of this decoration for your premises would be between 782.-€/m2 a 1.012-€/m2, according to the size of the premises, the areas to be decorated, which will be, the area for the public and the counter area only (plus VAT, transport and decoration).
There are premises where the Basic and Classic Subject matters cannot be used, like Colonial, English, African, Egypt, International Brewery, Great Café… and others like Sports, Tabernitas, Colonial, Colmaditos, Buddha, Craft Brewery, Irish where it can be used, which means that you can economize noticeably.
All our manufacture system revolves around making the customer save money, in the following way:
We provide the coating consisting of solid oak flooring, the necessary wall coating, and any floorboards fitter or carpenter of the area can install it. In case you do not manage to do it, we would provide you with several phone numbers of the fitters in your area so as to avoid hotel expenses and subsistence allowance on the part of our fitter. If we carry out the setting up at no cost, we would send you a site technician or a site manager in order to value economicaly the carrying out of the works, once you have accepted the budget of the Thematic Decoration.

We will develop a Decoration Project (at no cost) of every accepted premises, where the following chapters are reflected to scale:

• Current state of the establishment.
  
• Reformed state of the establishment based on the conversations held with you and according to your needs.
  
• Explanation of how to carry out the assembly of the coatings.
  
• Wall decoration map.
  
• Map of furniture, stools, high tables, low tables, chairs, barrels, benches....
  
• Detail plan of the extrados of the counter.
  
• Electricity system map consisting of the lighting of the premises, both for ceiling and walls.

Besides sending you a plan of your premises and photographs, we offer to carry out a fixed budget of the theme selection at no cost.
Taking into account this premises, an implementation of your needs will be put into effect, and we will give in a detailed budget of the decoration to be carried out.
We can also go to your establishment in order to draw up plans and develop a photographic study of the premises so as to offer you the best layout depending on your needs, what will generate a minimum of travelling expenses which amount to 300.00.-€ (VAT included). There we will give you a floor plan of your premises with a photomontage in order to show you how your premises can look, as well as a detailed budget of the decoration.
Subsequently, in case the works are accepted,we will reimburse this amount.

During the execution of works or the establishment of the decoration, a Public Relations officer will be the person in charge of your bar and he will make a minimum of two phone calls every day in the morning and in the afternoon so that any problem which may arise can be solved immediately and works are not delayed. The Public Relations officer will come into contact with the Engineering, Design, Manufacture or Setting up Department and he will call our customer in order to provide a solution.

We can also offer Architecture and Engineering Services for all kind of development, procedure and technical advice for your premises with regard to the development of Technical Projects for the requests and granting of all kinds of administrative authorizations for the opening of the establishment.
In our engineering a multidisciplinary team made up of 23 engineers, architects, decorators, draughtmen,… work in order to achieve the best optimization of the space and the greatest profitability of your premises. They start their job once the order has been accepted taking into account the local and the autonomous regulations of the city, and at the same time the legal-administrative department made up of lawyers, labour relations and social security law consultants,… complete the procedure and the licences and administrative authorization follow-up.

In the same way, we can offer you the complete development of the civil works, total or partial, consisting of bricklaying, plumbing, electricity, acoustic soundproofing, wood mechanical carpentry, coating wood placing, air-conditioning and extraction, door and window manufacture, metal carpentry, painting, passive protection, all of this with our own workers, which means that the correct execution is guaranteed, as well as a FIXED PRICE, both in the economic matter and in the works execution time.

Retromanía Group is not a franchise, which means that you speak directly with the Manufacturer and not with decorators or dealers.
Independiently, we develop and manufacture all kinds of franchises with our customers.

Our recycling awareness and respect for the environment led us to create RETROCICLAJE, the first company devoted to creating retro items with the materials which were taken before to the rubbish tip, being donated to different NGOs, and to make the planet save 2.480m3 of remains a year.

In order to be landlords rather than theme decoration manufacturers for hotel and Hospitalito sector, we face up to the setting up of your premises from three points of view:

• The point of view of the customer.
  
• The point of view of the decorator.
  
• And more important, the point of view of the landlord.

Generally, decoration companies look at it only from their point of view: to distinguish themselves personally without taking into account the essential functionality so that the venue is a success.

We can create thematic venues to your taste in accordance with the customer´s instructions, with exclusive elements and pieces in order to achieve an unrepeatable and unique premises (generally we do not recommend this kind of bar because we are not certain that you can reach high profitability with it, since the performance of the 50 types of bars that we offer is confirmed across Europe and the aim of our business is exclusively profitability). .

We offer personalized tables, lamps and other landlord´s decoration elements at no additional cost.

We can prepare at no cost a generic logo for your establishment on the basis of the criteria previoulsy fixed.

As auxiliary counter or for terraces, we manufacture buses, vans, polyester lorries with interior counter and locking.
We also have vintage cars for these kinds of bars.

In our eagerness to lower the prices and so that the landlord or investor does not pay more than the real value of the decoration, in 2001 we decided not to work for intermediaries. It is then that we release the product which will be the centre of the Retromáster production. Since it is a bar manufactured in series of 25, we lower extraordinarily its price and we make it affordable to the Hospitalito sector.

These two kinds of bars are the Irish one and the Sport Tavern one, turning out to be cheaper the decoration of one of these theme bars than the classic bar opened until now anywhere in Spain..

Grandson and son of landlords, Ángel Ruíz begins to set up his own bars in 1983, having 26 bars, restaurants and discos at the same time. In view of his success, some friends and acquaintances order him tables, stools and some individual elements for the decoration of other bars. It is not until 1989 when we decide to create Retromanía on a 40-metre premises, the company starts to grow and in 2001 it is associated with the most important engineering in Spain PROYDEL devoted to Hospitalito sector.

And thanks to our customers, HEINEKEN group, MAHOU- SAN MIGUEL and SCOTTISH & NEWCASTLE, CERVEZAS UNIVERSALES we have nowadays four factories, 183 artisans and we plan to open in 2009 a 20.000-metre factory in the largest logistics complex in Europe (PLAZA)..
